Good morning readers! Since I have moved I haven’t done much in exploring my new habitat. The dust has definitely settled and it’s high time to spread my wings and explore what lies beyond the new walls of my home, but I’ve done some research, so let’s brew about it.
The new area I ,live in is as close to “country” in a big city area as you can get, in fact, I sit on the back patio just to hear the roosters crow while cars speed by. There’s even a downtown area with brick buildings and diners to get a bite to eat as well as events every last Friday of the mont. So, I did some digging and there are some places I’d like to explore here in the near future, next month really.
So, my fingers flew to find a metaphysical shop near me and sadly it isn’t in Plant City but a town over in Lakeland called Raven Faerie. It isn’t too far from where I live so it’s a definite check out(I’ve been to Raven Moon before but I have yet to write about it and it’s about the same distance.)
Catnip Cafe, though, is in Plant City proper and across from a cafe called Brick House Cafe that looks delicious. The name immediately jumped out at me and then, when I realized they had cats you could sit and have a beverage with, was immediately on the bucket list.
Honestly, I think a stroll in the downtown area, would be great as I can’t really name another place. I’ve only been able to commit to memory what I seen while driving through. So photos and posts to follow, but I’m really excited to get these boots some milage and carouse about my new hometown area.
